Vikki was so awesome to work with! Her house was absolutely amazing! I truly felt like I didn’t want to go anywhere because everything my boys and I needed was there! The view was beautiful! Loved the swings on the dock. Had my coffee there every morning. The pool was perfect! My boys swam all day and then we enjoyed the hot tub at night! Couldn’t have found a better place! Hated leaving!

This is the 2nd year we have stayed in one of Vikki’s properties. We love the fact the properties are always maintained and Vikki response quickly if there are any issues.
Both properties were wonderful! Highly recommend!

Tolle drei Wochen mit Freunden in diesem schönen Haus. Sehr gute Ausstattung, wunderschöne Umgebung und ganz viel Platz. Vikki ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Bei Fragen sehr schnell erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Danke auch für die Tipps zum Angeln.

Vikki’s home was a pleasant surprise from the minute we opened the front door. It had this gorgeous view to the patio, pool and wide canal in the back of the house. The neighborhood was quiet and clean and very close to some great restaurants. She was a great and responsive host.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. It had everything we needed and more. Super clean, and convenient to many local restaurants and beaches. Pool, hot tub, and outside amenities were clean and added something a little extra special to our stay. Beds were comfy, high-end sheets and towels, and had more amenities than we needed. Host was very responsive. I highly recommend this little gem located in beautiful Cape Coral, FL.

WOW!
Was eine tolle Unterkunft, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Haus.
Alles was wir benötigten war dort wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation ging schnell und als wir Probleme mit der Poolheizung hatten kam sofort Vikkis Mann vorbei und hat uns geholfen.

Von Anfang Ende war es extrem unkompliziert. Jeder unserer Fragen wurde sofort beantwortet. Vicky war derzeit erreichbar. die Lage ist außergewöhnlich schön ich würde jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.

We loved the pool area and dock so we could dock our boat rental.
Having bikes and kayaks to use in the garage.
The peace and quiet but close proximity to bars and restaurants.

Unbelievable stay! Stop scrolling and book the Boat House! Everything about this place was top notch! The location was perfect, outside area was like our own private resort and inside was clean, beautiful and I felt very safe there. Vikki was very responsive with questions and suggestions. There was plenty of towels, toiletries and even relaxing floats for the pool. Not many places I looked at had hot tubs and we certainly loved the hot tub during our stay. We traveled with teenagers and decided to rent jet skis to occupy them and were able to dock them right at the house from the marina. I will be back to Cape Coral soon and will be booking the boat house every time!

We had an incredible stay at the Boathouse! The home was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully appointed. It’s clear the owners take great pride in keeping everything in top condition — from fresh linens to immaculate bathrooms and tidy outdoor areas.
The backyard was a highlight, perfect for morning coffee, lounging, and evening cookouts. The peaceful setting and beautifully landscaped yard made it hard to leave.
Inside, the space was cozy and inviting with a great mix of charm and modern comfort. The kitchen had all the basics plus extras, the beds were super comfortable, and every detail felt intentional.
The Boathouse is a perfect escape — relaxing, quiet, and beautifully cared for. We’d absolutely stay here again!
