The home is also just a short bike or car ride to Boat House Tiki Bar & countless restaurants and shops on Cape Coral Parkway! Rent a boat, kayaks, or any water-fun items - all of which can be parked at our spacious boat dock! Your adventure - whether sporting or relaxing - awaits in this bit of Florida perfection! This boat lift can be rented in the stay if owners boat is not there. Inquire about the lift. The dock is big enough for another boat to be parked during the stay as well.

As your host we do our best to welcome everyone and hope they have an amazing stay. WE hope that will follow are simple rules to ensure everyone experience is wonderful We ask that you treat it as your home away from home and with respect. Because we want you to have enjoyable memories that keep you coming back every year. No Smoking inside but smoking is aloud outside. Please clean up after yourself and don't leave butt everywhere. Kitchen Please use it! That's why its there We have extra spices or what ever was left behind from last guest is yours now to eat or drink. WE just ask that you clean up after yourself and before check out load dishwasher and run it as you leave. and Take any trash to the outside trash can. Sunday night is the best time if your there trash is early Monday morning. Heating and AC use. To insure that the home stays cool please keep it between 73-76 and doors closed in the summer. The home will stay cool and comfortable. And heat and 76-78 in the winter. You can use the washer and dryer any time during your stay we have provide a small amount of cleaning pods to help.. No need to strip beds are wash towels unless you have time and would like to start one load. If anything is damaged during the stay, please let us know before check out so we can get it replaced for the next guest. We understanded accents happen and somethings things break, But us knowing helps everyone. And it will gives us open communication as to what happened. Pets are welcome with a pet fee paid in advance No party's of any kind if cops are called during your stay you will be asked to leave without a refund of any kind. Lastly keep outside noise down after 10 pm. this is a neighborhood and some people still have to get up early for work. Hope your stay is a 5 star experience its what we strive for.
